Our First Fluvanna County Custom Home

Named after this clients’ baby daughter, the Riley is an amazing floor plan that we worked together to create.  It’s a 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home in 2400 finished SF on a full unfinished basement, and not an inch of space is wasted.  This was a fun build, and a record for Croft – just under 4 months start to finish, although the clients did a bit of prep work before we began.  I can’t wait to build this floor plan again – I love it.
